Even 2000 years ago people in china knew about rye sacks hot- and cold therapies and used them.
The modern physiotherapy acknowledges the curativeness of this method.
The rye sack keeps the heat longer than any other hot-water-bottle and adapt to the temperature of the body.
It is hand made and a 100% natural product.

Directions for use

Hot therapy can be helpful when you`re having:
-musclestrains
-headaches
-migraine
-lumbago
-back-, body- and jointpain
-rheumatism
-period
- cold hands and feets

Warm it up
-in the microwave
-in the oven
-or simply put it on the heater
Cold therapy can be helpful against:
- -athletic injuries
-contusions
-bruises
-headaches
-migraine
-toothaches
-fever
-inflammation, e.g. by rheumatic complaints

Refrigerate it
- in the fridge
- Or put it for a moment in the freezer/deep-freeze compartment.
Use a plastic bag!

Consult a doctor if you are using it a long period of time!

Rye sack tips about how to groom it

- After using let the rye sack cool down completely. Don‘t pack it away earlier!
- The rye sack shouldn`t be washed.
- Little stains on the stuff can carefully be eliminated with an easily dampend microfibresheet.
- Dry encamp.
- Because of hygienic reasons it shouldn`t be lend and you should it replace by time.
